Lever Clamps
A lever clamp uses a quick-release mechanism to allow the user to quickly and easily clamp and release workpieces, it consist of two jaws one fixed at the end of a long metal bar while the other is adjustable along the bars length using a combination of lever, trigger and ratchet mechanisms. The clamp is closed by sliding the moveable jaw before the lever is used to apply pressure to the workpiece which the ratchet maintains until released using the trigger is used. They are strong, stable and lightweight and are commonly used for a verity of wood and metal working applications including sawing, drilling and welding.
